This website is under construction (aren't they all?) I plan to add additional galleries of previous work, as soon as I master building this website. Later, I will post some of my newest images. In the meantime, I appreciate your interest in my work, and I look forward to talking about photography with you on my blog.
What I do
I have taken photographs all my life, starting as a teenager growing up in Minnesota, raising a family on Vancouver Island and living, working and climbing in Washington state. I haven't done photographic projects. My work is simply a visual journal of my life: This is where I've been; this is what I've seen. If you like some of these images let me know, or -- better yet -- purchase a print.
B&W fine art photography
Thanks for visiting my website. But let's be honest, what I'm doing right here is including keywords on the home page, such as photographs, black and white, fine art, images, street photography, B&W, photographer sharing images for first time, framed prints. Many of these photographs were taken with vintage (now!) Leica rangefinder film cameras. I started with B&W film because I could develop it myself, and I still prefer the emotions conveyed by monochrome images.
